Future's self-titled album debuted at No. 1 this week, and now, according to Hits Daily Double, he's on pace for another chart-topping week with HNDRXX. Based on projections from HDD, the set is on track to move somewhere between 110,000 and 125,000 copies.
The album is his second in two weeks, and should those figures prove accurate, Future would be the first artist in the history of the Billboard 200 to score back-to-back No. 1 debuts on the chart.
As HDD points out, HNDRXX faces some competition from other projects, including new collections from John Mayer and country outfit Little Big Town; even so though, a number one finish seems pretty inevitable. The album would also be Future's fifth consecutive number one, after DS2, What a Time to Be Alive, Evol, and FUTURE. We'll keep you posted.
