Vallejo native Nef The Pharaoh is still in the process of finishing his long-awaited debut album, Big Chang Theory, but he's released a brand new tape to tide his fans over in the meantime. On The Chang Project, Nef's first release since 2016's Fresh Outta Space 3, Nef shares the mic generously, showcasing up-and-coming Northern California talent like OMB Peezy and SOB x RBE, as well as established guests like Ty Dolla $ign.
