NBA YoungBoy Released From Jail
The 17-year-old rapper was being held on first-degree murder charges.
NBA YoungBoy was released from jail on Monday, according to records from the East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office. The rapper was arrested last November during a performance in Austin, Texas on charges of attempted murder in the first degree.
The rapper, real name Kentrell Gaulden, was charged following a drive-by shooting that occured on November 2.
On Monday, several videos and photos of the rapper appeared on the internet, all showing the rapper in the moments following his release. The East Baton Rouge Sherriff's Office records confirm that Gaulden was released on Monday.
A representative for Gaulden did not immediately respond with comment.
