Kodak Black Shares “My Cousin”
The rapper is showing no signs of slowing down after being released from jail.
Kodak Black shared a new track, "My Cousin," on his YouTube page Wednesday night. The rapper was released from jail earlier this month, and the song reflects on all the good and the bad things that have brought him to where he is today.
“I’m choppin’ up with Master P, he told me to keep God first/Doing venues now, selling out concerts/I’m trying to keep a tunnel vision, trying to see it his way," he raps. "But I got blood in my eyes, I’m tired of seeing this way.”
Two weeks ago, Kodak shared the video for a new song called "First Day Out," which found him and his crew celebrating his newfound freedom.
Kodak is still facing charges in South Carolina for an alleged sexual assault. He was released on bail from a South Carolina jail in December 2016.
