Justin Bieber Cancelled The Remaining Dates On His Purpose Tour
A statement on the singer’s website says the cancellation is due to ”unforeseen circumstances.”
Justin Bieber has cancelled the remaining dates on his Purpose tour, a statement on the pop star's official website confirms. "Due to unforeseen circumstances, Justin Bieber will cancel the remainder of the Purpose World Tour concerts," the statement reads. "Justin loves his fans and hates to disappoint them."
After performing more than 100 dates for his Purpose World Tour, Bieber announced the final leg of the tour, which featured shows in stadiums across North America, in December. The most recent Purpose tour dates began with a performance on March 9 in Seattle and included 14 remaining shows. The first date to be effected by the cancellation is a July 29 show in Arlington, Texas.
"[Bieber] is grateful and honored to have shared that experience with his cast and crew for over 150 successful shows across 6 continents during this run," the statement continues. "However, after careful consideration he has decided he will not be performing any further dates. Tickets will be refunded at point of purchase."
