Killer Mike dropped a new line of merch on Thursday night in response to the recent displays of white nationalism in the U.S. The Run The Jewels rapper released a line of t-shirts, tanks, hoodies, and mugs that show America defeating the Confederacy on a scoreboard.
On Tuesday, Mike shared a video on Instagram imploring President Trump not to "cheer for the team that was trying to break up the country that you’re now in charge of leading.”
This merch comes after violent displays from white nationalists and neo-Nazis in Charlottesville, Virginia over the weekend which sparked a national debate over the existence of Confederate statues across the country. Baltimore quietly removed their Confederate monuments in the middle of the night, while college student Takiyah Thompson was arrested in Durham, North Carolina for toppling a statue commemorating the Confederacy.
