Collecting supplies at 5030 Broadway today!
Bring yer diapers, water!
Bring tampons!
Anything you need, 🇵🇷 needs!
Lin-Manuel Miranda is collecting supplies for Puerto Rico on Saturday in Washington Heights. The playwright will be collecting diapers, water, tampons, and any other supplies that could be used in day to day life.
This is not Miranda's only initiative to collect resources for Puerto Rico, which was devastated by a category five hurricane weeks ago. He also released "Almost Like Praying" a collaborative song with Jennifer Lopez, Gloria Estefan, Camila Cabello, Fat Joe, and more. All proceeds from the track will be donated to hurricane relief efforts.
For those in New York City, you can bring supplies to 5030 Broadway, in Washington Heights. For those who are not able to physically drop off donations, there are still plenty of ways to donate to Puerto Rico. TIDAL has an Amazon wishlist for Puerto Rico, and there are numerous organizations accepting cash donations.
In record time, an Almost Like Praying music video.
