Z-Ro reportedly not indicted over aggravated assault charges
The Texas rapper was accused of felony aggravated assault in July.
Z-Ro avoided indictment on felony aggravated assault charges, TMZ reports. In July, the Houston rapper was accused of brutally attacking his ex-girlfriend, rapper Just Brittany, for over two hours. A recording of the alleged incident was provided to police officials.
On Wednesday, a grand jury declined to indict Z-Ro. His attorney told TMZ that he believed his client avoided indictment because of inconsistencies between the audio recording that was provided to police and Just Brittany's written testimony.
A representative for Z-Ro was not immediately available for comment.
