Chance The Rapper will become the first unsigned musician in history to host Saturday Night Live this coming weekend.
In an interview to promote the appearance, Chance told Jimmy Fallon that he has written a number of sketches for inclusion in the show and is hopeful of getting a few past SNL's notoriously hard to impress producer, Lorne Michaels. Among his selection of sketches is one he worked on with Donald Glover.
"I actually wrote 5 [sketches]," Chance told Fallon. "I'm a huge fan of the show and I know guest hosts usually come in with a few ideas at least so I brought a few ideas by. One of them I have to give credit to my good friend Donald Glover, who helped me with the idea. He's a great dude."
Check out the Tonight Show clip above in full. It looks like an SNL sketch is the closest anyone is getting to the Chance/ Childish Gambino mixtape any time soon.
