Offset got Cardi B’s name tattooed on his neck

Offset has reportedly gotten Cardi B's name tattooed on his neck, as shown in an Instagram video posted by The Shade Room on Saturday. The video shows a close-up of Offset's neck which features a Powerpuff girl tattoo and Cardi B's name written right under it. A set of long, pink nails also appear in the video, which we assume belong to Cardi.

The engaged couple has a history of making grand gestures of love: Offset proposed to Cardi B onstage in front of thousands of people, and we can't forget that huge diamond ring. Honestly, if this is what true love is, I'm all for it.
