Watch Kali Uchis perform on Fallon with Tyler, The Creator, announce her new album

Kali Uchis performed "After The Storm" on The Tonight Show on Wednesday, using the opportunity to announce details of her new album. The performance, which saw Tyler, The Creator join her on the stage, was bookended by Fallon announcing that Uchis's new album Isolation will be released on April 6.
