Jorja Smith is not technically in her "Blue Lights" video but her story runs through the black and white visuals. Shot by photographer and director Olivia Rose, the video was filmed in Smith's hometown of Walsall, in the Midlands of England. Inlcuded in the clip are the park where young Jorja played as a child, an appearance from her dad, plus the restaurant she performed her first ever gig in. Keep your eyes peeled for cameos from local heroes Jaykae, Mist, Mike Skinner, and producer Preditah too.
Lost & Found, Smith's long-awaited debut album, is due out on June 8. "Blue Lights" appears on the album alongside previous singles "Teenage Fantasy," and "Where Did I Go?" Since emerging in 2015, Smith has collaborated with Stormzy and appeared on both Drake's More Life and the Black Panther soundtrack.
