Two women have filed restraining orders against producer Detail, the Blast reports. The separate filings, both of which were granted, reportedly allege rape and assault from the producer. Both women say Detail, whose real name is Noel Fisher, promised them "successful careers" and then subjected them to physical and mental abuse, controlling what they ate and who they could talk to. Detail allegedly forced one woman to “to have vaginal/anal sex with him after recording songs on multiple occasions" while a separate woman recorded the rape against her will. Both women say Detail would regularly pull out his penis and force them to "kiss it."
According to the Blast, the filing follows an incident in which Detail attacked one of the women and "screamed in her face, grabbed her by her hair, and began banging her head against the ground." In the other woman's filing, she says Detail "threw both of them around a hotel room" and assaulted them throughout an entire night, for about six hours.
Jessie Reyez tweeted on Thursday that she had almost been in a similar situation with the producer. In a tweet sharing a link to the an article about the legal filings, Reyez wrote "One night, over 6 years ago Noel ‘Detail’ Fisher tried this on me. I was lucky and I got out before it got to this. I didn’t know what to say or who to tell. I was scared. Fear is a real thing. The girls that came out are brave as hell."
