Newly surfaced Facebook Live video shows R. Kelly laughing and boasting that the multiple sexual assault accusations against him have arrived "too late" to derail his career. The grainy footage sees Kelly bragging about his success and dismissing those who have accused him of multiple misdemeanours. “I got a million motherfuckers hatin’ me, or 40 billion motherfuckers lovin’ me, you know what I’m sayin’? And I’mma tell you somethin’,” Kelly says. “I’mma take this musical shit, and I’mma inject these motherfuckers with this musical, beautiful shit.”

R. Kelly was sued on Monday for false imprisonment and sexual battery, according to TMZ. On May 10, Spotify announced that Kelly's music would be removed from many of its playlists as part of a newfound "Public Hate Content and Hateful Conduct" policy. Other companies like Apple Music and Pandora soon followed suit.
