Vampire Weekend will play two shows at Libbey Bowl in Ojai, California over Father's Day weekend, the band announced on Instagram today. "One’s on Saturday night, the other’s Sunday morning," they wrote in a caption of the show announcement, placed on a previous Instagrammed picture of a fleece. "Probably worth catching both 😉." Stereogum also reports that the the band told a fan in their comments that their fourth album is "94.5%" finished, a response to a request for an update percentage following Koenig's announcement in September 2017 that the album was at 80%. According to The FADER's own Olivia Craighead, this hints at a mid-September 2018 release, should the band keep the same rate.
