Jamie Foxx has is being accused of sexual misconduct, of an incident that happened in 2002, TMZ reports. Foxx, according to TMZ, is being accused of, "slapping a woman with his penis nearly 16 years ago." The woman, who remains unnamed, has now gone to the police.
"The alleged assault happened in Las Vegas back in 2002. According to law enforcement, the accuser told cops last week she and a friend were attending a party at Jamie's place when he tried to get her to perform oral sex. She claims when she refused, Jamie struck her in the face with his penis," the report alleges.
The veteran actor claims that the allegations are false and is reportedly seeking legal action. Speaking to Las Vegas PD, TMZ claims that law enforcement say that Foxx's incident is an open investigation, however the Nevada statute of limitations (3 years) has long since passed.
