Ed Sheeran is facing a lawsuit for allegedly ripping off a Marvin Gaye song. TMZ reports that Sheeran's "Thinking Out Loud," which appears on his album x, copied Marvin Gaye's 1973 hit "Let's Get it On;" Sheeran is now being sued by a company called Structured Asset Sales, who allege that the song, "Is a carbon copy of Gaye's "Let's Get it On," TMZ writes.

"Thinking Out Loud" peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 and topped U.K. charts; the song has also earned Sheeran Grammy awards for song of the year, and best pop solo performance.
