Richard Swift, member of The Shins, Black Keys, and The Arcs has died at 41

Richard Swift, a musician who was member of The Shins, Black Keys, and The Arc, has passed away today at age 41, Pitchfork reports. The singer/songwriter was recently hospitalized with a "life threatening condition" and reportedly passed away this morning in Tacoma, Washington.

Swift was a member of the Shins from 2011 to 2016; he played bass on tour for The Black Keys, and drums for The Arcs.
