During a Thursday interview on Beats 1, Pusha-T seemed optimistic about the odds of a tour from G.O.O.D. Music, the label founded by Kanye West (Pusha is currently the President of G.O.O.D. Music).
“That’s what we’re trying to figure out right now, just how we’re gonna do it," Pusha told host Julie Adenuga, adding that Kanye West is on board with the idea. "I’ve already booked a tour, but you know I definitely see us doing this as a collective for sure, and not even by my word, by Ye’s. I already see it happening.” Watch the comments above at 4:20 via Pitchfork.
A potential G.O.O.D. Music tour could be stacked, if it looks anything like the label's 2018 release schedule. Pusha-T's album DAYTONA was one of several projects released on the label this summer, including Kanye's solo project ye, the Kanye/Kid Cudi collaboration Kids See Ghosts, and Teyana Taylor's K.T.S.E.
DAYTONA dropped in May, but Pusha-T said already thinking about a follow-up. “I already have my next project in my mind,” he said. "I don't know if I'm gonna limit it to seven [tracks]," referring to the seven-track length of each of G.O.O.D. Music summer 2018 albums.
