LeBron James’s barbershop-style talk show picked up by HBO

LeBron James and Mav Carter's barbershop-style talk show The Shop has been picked up by HBO, The Hollywood Reporter points out. The network has opted in for a "handful of episodes" and has begun shooting the first episode which will air on August 28 at 11 PM EST.

A trailer clip has surfaced, which features James in conversation with the likes of Candace Parker, comedian Jon Stewart, Draymond Green, Snoop Dogg, and Odell Beckham Jr.
