A few months after the premiere of his Beats 1 radio show Memento Mori on Apple Music, The Weeknd has announced the return of the show, sharing a trailer for episode 2 via Instagram on Wednesday.
The clip begins from the point of view of a person in the driver's seat, cruising through a dark city as a skull-shaped trinket lifelessly hangs from the rear-view mirror. Playing in the background is the instrumental to Weeknd's My Dear Melancholy cut "Hurt You."
Episode two comes just after The Weeknd announced a brief Asia tour coming this fall, as well as a performance at this year's upcoming Global Citizens Festival in September.
Memento Mori will air live on Beats 1 at 12 p.m. EST / 9 a.m. PST.
