Snoop Dogg's next extra-curricular activity is a cookbook, due for release in October. From Crook To Cook will include recipes for fine dining fare such as lobster as well as simpler food like waffles. Naturally, Snoop's gin and juice recipe will be included.
He said in a statement: “You know it’s blazin’ up in my kitchen. I’m takin’ the cookbook game higher with a dipped and whipped collection of my favourite recipes, ya dig?”
Publisher Chronicle Books promises that all of the recipes in the book are "cannabis-free" but says readers will learn to make “snacks to satisfy those munchies."
Snoop has presented a cookery show with Martha Stewart, Martha and Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party, since 2016. The show was nominated for an Emmy in 2017.
Earlier this year Snoop released his epic, 32-track gospel album Bible of Love. Meanwhile, a new stage play about the rapper's life and storied career called Redemption of a Dogg will tour the United States throughout October and November
