Ella Mai announces self-titled debut album

Ella Mai announced her self-titled debut album on Friday, it's set to release on October 12 via 10 Summers/Interscope Records, Pitchfork points out. The album is executive produced by DJ Mustard and will include smash single "Boo'd Up" — which went platinum this summer — and "Trip."

The Ella Mai album will cap off a whirlwind year for the British-born singer, who reached the #5 spot on Billboard's Hot 100 charts with "Boo'd Up" in 2018 among other accomplishments.
