T.I has issued a scathing rebuke on Instagram of Kanye West's meeting in the Oval Office with Donald Trump. Read it above. "I’ve been extremely patient and made it a point to not jump to any premature conclusions about Ye’& his antics," T.I. wrote before laying into West's behaviour, what he called “next level, futuristic Sambo, Hopping Bob, Stephen off Django ass shit.” Hopping Bob is a character from 1999's Life played by Brent Jennings, and Stephen is Samuel L. Jackson's character from Quentin Tarantino's film Django Unchained.
T.I. claims West invited him to attend the summit, but he declined. "if ain’time I would’ve been in there wit you and you behaved that spinelessly in my presence,I feel that I’d be compelled to slap de’Fuq outta you bro," T.I. said, adding "At one time it was a pleasure to work alongside you... now, I’m ashamed to have ever been associated with you."
It's a strong departure from T.I.'s April declaration that he wouldn't "give up" on Kanye after he reaffirmed his support for Donald Trump – the two shared the song "Ye. Vs. The People" after West tweeted a picture of himself wearing a MAGA hat.
While West's meeting covered prison reform and jobs in Chicago, T.I. warned readers that West is not behaving altruistically. "THIS IS A MOVE YE MADE FOR YE!!! THIS IS A PLAY TO PUT HIM IN A POSITION HE’D LIKE TO SEE HIMSELF IN...WE ARE NOT ON HIS MIND AS HE MAKES THESE COMMENTS AND DECISIONS."
The post ends with T.I. saying he's "officially done" with West. "🖕🏽Trump & His Lil Cookie Boy," he writes.
