Bibi Bourelly is back with “Writer’s Song”

Singer-songwriter Bibi Bourelly might be the pen game behind some of pop's biggest names, working with artists from Mariah Carey to Rihanna to Selena Gomez, but she's been steadily staking her claim as an artist herself. With a debut album set to drop before 2018 is over, Bourelly dropped the visuals to her latest, "Writer's Song".

As you might expect, the song - which she told High Snobiety she wrote in 10 minutes - breaks down the pressure and self-doubt of churning out hits, and the video finds her writing and then adding to a mounting pile of crumpled up lyrics. “How the fuck imma write a song if I don’t feel like it?/ No, I don’t write that well,” she sings.
