Rico Nasty says she’s setting up a drive to give away tampons and pads

On Monday, Rico nasty shared that she would be putting together a drive which would provide tampons and pads, and other toiletries for women.

Rico's tweet stemmed from a series of posts on Sunday night asking why women are required to pay for necessities like bras, tampons, and pads. "Honestly, why does the government make women pay for tampons and pads? Did we ask to be women?" the 21-year-old musician wrote. After a number of replies from users, Rico announced that she would be putting together a drive for women, with more details on the way.
