On Thursday night an Ariana Grande special aired on British TV. Ariana Grande Live at the BBC featured Grande chatting to host Davina McCall between performances of material from her latest album, Sweetener. Her performance of "Breathin," backed by an orchestra of women, can be soon above.
During the hour-long special, Grande was asked about dealing with anxiety. The pop star conceded that it's an ongoing battle that she deals with as it happens. "You have ups and downs and sometimes you'll go weeks at a time where you will be crushing it and there will be no anxiety," she said. "Then something will happen that can trigger it and then you have a couple of down days." She urged her fans feeling the same way to seek help from a medical professional.
In a busy week for Ariana Grande TV appearances she also performed "The Wizard and I" on a Wicked special and was also scared shitless in an escape room with James Corden.
