dvsn bring candles and vibes for their Tiny Desk Concert
The Toronto duo played three songs.
dvsn is the latest act to visit NPR for an edition of the Tiny Desk Concert series. The intimate setting already suits the perennially underrated Toronto R&B act's sound, but they further make it their own with a lot of mood lighting and candles. Frontman Daniel Daley performs with a full backing band – Nineteen85, dvsn's producer and the other half of the duo, was in the audience for the performance – and together run through the songs "Too Deep," "Body Smile," and "Mood." The latter two songs appear on dvsn's latest album Morning After. Check it out above.
