Jhené Aiko addresses a break-up on “Wasted Love Freestyle 2018”

Jhené Aiko has enjoyed a relatively low-key 2018, releasing a couple of singles from last year's Trip and collaborating with Sean Paul and Kris Wu. She returned with new music overnight though and "Wasted Love Freestyle" is a personal one. "You became my life, I never realized," Aiko sings over a minimal R&B instrumental. "You were my life. Without you by my side that just don’t feel right."
