Watch Buddy’s Tiny Desk Concert

Buddy dropped by NPR's Tiny Desk on Thursday to perform some cuts off of his debut album Harlan & Alondra. Watch it now up above.

Accompanied by his band called The Big Homies – which featured a drummer, a bassist, guitarist, and some backup vocals — the Compton native got straight to work, kicking things off with "Legend," before diving into one of the album's standouts "Trouble On Central." Buddy finished the nearly 12-minute soulful set with "Hey Up There" and "Real Life S**t."

Harlan & Alondra was released last summer, and features Snoop Dogg, Ty Dolla $ign, and A$AP Ferg among others. Watch the performance up above.
