Ariana Grande confirmed last week that she'll be releasing a new song called "7 Rings" on January 18, and on Monday she shared a preview of the song's music video on Instagram. Watch it above.

The melody for "7 Rings" was previewed at the beginning of Ariana Grande's "thank u, next" video. The title of the song, Grande explained on Twitter, refers to the rings Grande purchased for herself and six friends in New York City.

Grande is currently working on her fifth studio album. Her previous single "imagine" was released in December.
