Watch Sharon Van Etten play “Seventeen” on Kimmel

Sharon Van Etten was the musical guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Wednesday night. She performed "Seventeen," taken from her new album Remind Me Tomorrow, which is due out on Friday. Check out her performance, plus another of new song "You Shadow" now.

"Seventeen" is a deeply nostalgic song written about Van Etten's life in New York. Its accompanying video is similarly indebted to the past, acting as a love letter to the areas and haunts she has often found herself in.

Van Etten's new album also features the singles “Comeback Kid” and “Jupiter 4.” She tours later this year.
