Vampire Weekend tease two new songs with a 2-hour loop
“Harmony Hall” and “2021” are out this Thursday.
Vampire Weekend will release two new songs from their upcoming album F.O.T.B. this Thursday. To tease the tracks — which are titled "Harmony Hall" and "2021" — the band have released a monstrous two-hour guitar loop aptly named "120 Minutes of Harmony Hall." The soft, soothing guitar tab is can also be learned, as the band have posted the tabs on their Instagram account for fans.
Pitchfork points out that the band will release two songs a month for the next three months. Vamp Weekend's last album Modern Vampires of the City was released in 2013.
Last summer, band frontman Ezra Koenig previewed some new tracks at a Lollapalooza after-show in Chicago.
