The 1975 were the big winners at the 2019 Brit Awards, taking home the prizes for Best British Album and Best British Band. The group, fronted by Matty Healy, used one of their acceptance speeches to call out misogyny in the music industry and they also played live. Their rendition of "Sincerity Is Scary" was faithful to the song's video, complete with a rabbit hat and dancing on a travelator, Check it out above.
