Wild Beasts’ Hayden Thorpe announces Diviner solo album

Former Wild Beasts frontman Hayden Thorpe has announced details of his debut solo album, Diviner. The album will be released on May 24 and is preceded by new song "Love Crimes."
The album is the first release from Thorpe since Wild Beasts split in 2018. The 10-track album also features the single "Diviner," first released in February.
In a statement released alongside the album news, Thorpe described his record as "a break-up album, but not about a relationship." He adds: "It’s a break-up from a past self, it’s a breakup from the old idea of yourself and therefore every relationship, of all kinds, that you’ve ever had.”
