Drake was the big winner at Wednesday night's Billboard Music Awards where he collected 12 prizes, including the accolade for Top Artist. His latest haul made him the modt celebrated artist in Billboard history, with 27 prizes in his career.
With so many opportunities on the night, Drake thanked many people including a certain Game Of Thrones star. "“Shout out to Arya Stark for putting in that work last week," he said while accepting his award for Top Billboard 200 Album, which he won for Scorpion. Thrones fans will hope that the Drake curse is purely sports-based and doesn't extend to fictional characters.

Among Drake's 12 awards were: top male artist, top streaming songs artist, top rap artist, and top rap album for Scorpion as well as seven others.
Other winners on the night included Ariana Grande (top female artist), BTS, (top duo/group), and Luke Combs (top country artist). Cardi B, meanwhile, won 6 awards, including Top Rap Female and Top Rap Song for "I Like It."
