Y'all are in for a treat: The new (Sandy) Alex G album House of Sugar is coming September 13. The Philadelphia indie rock singer-songwriter publicly revealed his upcoming ninth studio album today with a new music video for lead single "Gretel," streaming above. The track's music video stars Sandy himself with two young friends who take in a wholesome day of rural demolition derby spectating. As usual, Sandy's music is able to conjure nostalgia for places and events you've never seen, been to, or even heard of, and the music video only underscores this uncanny sensation.
