Cardi B has been indicted by a grand jury on two felony counts, Pitchfork reports. The rapper is accused of ordering her entourage to attack two bartenders at a New York City strip club in August 2018.
In addition to the two felonies of intent to cause serious physical injury, Cardi B (real name Belcalis Marlenis Almanzar) also faces six misdemeanors and six violations, for a total of 14 charges. Cardi B rejected a plea deal in April which would have reduced the charges to a single class A misdemeanour.
In October, Cardi B's attorney Jeff Kern said he is "aware of no evidence that she caused anybody any harm."
