Kim Petras has dropped her debut full-length Clarity, the follow-up to last year’s TURN OFF THE LIGHT, Vol. 1. Clarity features nine already released singles: “Another One,” “Personal Hell,” “Clarity,” “Do Me,” “All I Do Is Cry,” “Sweet Spot,” “Blow It All,” “Got My Number,” and “Broken.”
All 12 tracks on Clarity were co-written by Lukasz Gottwald aka Dr. Luke, the Max Martin protege who was accused by Kesha of sexual, physical, emotional and verbal abuse in 2014. When criticised about her working relationship with Gottwald, Petras said: “While I’ve been open and honest about my positive experience with Dr. Luke, that does not negate or dismiss the experience of others or suggest that multiple perspectives cannot exist at once […] I want to say that I’m sorry to anyone that I upset.” Listen to Clarity below.
