A$AP Rocky is officially back on American soil after his month-long stay in a Swedish jail. He landed via private jet at Los Angeles International airport in the early hours of the morning, TMZ reports, with CBS Los Angeles sharing a video of the plane landing.
Rocky was released on Friday and determined to not be a flight risk, along with his co-defendants, before returning to the United States. He'd been held at a Swedish detention center on assault charges, with Swedish prosecutors reportedly recommending a 6-month jail sentence for the crime. Eyewitnesses, however, told the prosecution they didn't see the rapper using a bottle as a weapon.
A final verdict on the assault case is set to be delivered by August 14.
