Lil Nas X's domination of the charts with "Old Town Road" can't end soon enough for the people Wellesley, Massachusetts whose local Old Town Road sign has been stolen multiple times by fans. CNN reports that the road sign has been taken three times in the 19 weeks that Lil Nas X has been No.1, leading officials to remove it until the fever dies down.

“Currently the street sign posts are empty,” says a statement on Wellesley’s website. “The Department of Public Works is waiting for the song’s popularity to fade before replacing the signs again.”

According to the website, each sign costs $280 to replace. That's about a dollar for each "Old Town Road" remix that Lil Nas X has dropped this summer.
