FADER cover star and Twitter genius Vince Staples has released a trailer for something called The Vince Staples Show. Watch it above. The trailer has Staples as himself — or at least as someone called Vince — convincing two kids in his backseat to sell candy to strangers outside a grocery store. That's about it for now! The whole thing's shrouded in mystery! The trailer opens by saying that something's "coming soon" and ends with a date: August 22 (this coming Friday).
Staples recently signed to Motown Records and told press at Capitol Music Group's annual meeting that new music would be coming later this month. We've reached out to representatives for Staples, and we'll update this piece if we hear anything back.
