U.K. rapper Mist was rushed to hospital in Portugal on Tuesday after being shot during an armed robbery on a property he was staying in. Multiple reports suggest the rapper was shot in the leg when a group of up to three people broke in to his Algarve villa on the Quinta do Lago resort, taking passports, phones, and jewellery in the process.
The Mirror reports that Mist was taken to Faro Hospital by two friends and that he was later discharged. The FADER has reached out for confirmation.
Mist released his last project, Diamond In The Dirt, in 2018. Earlier this summer he teamed up with Fredo on new single "So High." A number of his peers from the U.K. rap world have shared messages of support in wake of the breaking news.
