Kanye West's album Jesus Is King was abruptly announced by his wife Kim Kardashian in August, and rumors are swirling that West will miss the planned release date of Friday, September 27.
Tweeting on Wednesday, Joe Coscarelli of The New York Times wrote that "many industry people" have told him "that Jesus Is King is not coming on Friday." West is currently in Wyoming, where he held a public edition of his Sunday Service gathering at the beginning of the week. He's still working on the album, according to Coscarelli's tweet, and "people on the ground in Wyoming [are] trying to make it happen."
it’s Kanye so who knows but I’m hearing from many industry people that “Jesus Is King” is not coming on Friday, despite people on the ground in Wyoming trying to make it happen........
