A new purported Kanye West snippet has leaked. Listen above via Genius. In the brief clip, West bemoans a lack of loyalty from his hometown of Chicago, and blames it on last year's controversy over Drake's son Adonis, whose existence was revealed to the world in Pusha T's song "The Story of Adidon."

The snippet's Instagram description claims the clip is from "OG Yandhi," the album Kanye West began working on after releasing ye in 2018. The project has been delayed indefinitely, with some of the song's sessions leaking on the internet this summer.
West has previously denied giving Pusha T any information about Drake's son, and Pusha himself has claimed that his camp got the intel from Noah "40" Shebib, Drake's longtime producer.
Since Yandhi's postponement, West has been working on an album and IMAX film called Jesus Is King. The album no longer has a release date, but the movie is reportedly still scheduled to hit theaters on October 25.
