Check out Steve Lacy’s surreal new “Playground” video

Steve Lacy has released a new video for “Playground,” a highlight from his debut full-length Apollo XXI. Produced by Kathleen Heffernan and Leah Younesi, and shot by Alexis Zabe, the video for “Playground” is bright, surreal and beautiful, managing to capture the song’s playful and infectious vibe. “Playground” arrives right in the middle of Lacy’s headlining tour in support of Apollo XXI. Later this week, he’ll take the stage at Seattle’s Showbox, before heading through Portland, San Francisco, Santa Ana and San Diego, finishing at Los Angeles’ Wiltern Theatre.
