Watch Taylor Swift’s Tiny Desk Concert
Taylor Swift performed Lover tracks acoustically in her NPR Tiny Desk debut.
Taylor Swift has made her debut on NPR’s long-running Tiny Desk Concert series. The pop star, fresh off the release of her seventh album Lover, performed acoustic versions of “Lover,” “The Man,” "Death By A Thousand Cuts" and “All Too Well” for the NPR team and a crowd of fans. Introducing her session, Swift told the audience that Tiny Desk was one of her “favorite corners of the internet,” and that she was using her session as an opportunity to show fans the songs as she originally wrote them. Swift released Lover in August. In support of the record, she performed “Lover” and “You Need To Calm Down” at the MTV VMAs. A few weeks after the record’s release, nearly a hundred of Swift's bootlegs leaked to Spotify. Read our review of Lover here, and our staff roundtable about the album here.
