Watch X Lovers’ Video for “Sweatshirt”

The new video for NorCal pop duo X Lovers’ song “Sweatshirt” was filmed in Malibu, and directed by Lillie Wojcik. X Lovers’ London Jackson wrote the song in the wake of the nightmares that followed his father’s diagnosis with a terminal disease. “The morning before I wrote the song, I had woken up from a terrible nightmare about my little brother,” London said. “I drove an hour to Malibu and was sitting there alone, in my sweatshirt, and the lyrics just came to me - ‘I find a place inside my sweatshirt that beats all reality.’”
