Stormzy announces new album Heavy Is The Head, out next month

The follow-up to Gang Signs & Prayer is imminent.

Stormzy has confirmed details of his forthcoming second album. Heavy Is The Head will be released on December 13 and features the singles "Wiley Flow," "Vossi Bop," and "Crown." The album is the U.K. rapper's follow-up to his 2017 debut, Gang Signs & Prayer.

The tracklist for Heavy Is The Head features appearances by H.E.R., Yebba, and U.K. rappers Headie One and Aitch. Ed Sheeran and Burna Boy both appear on a song titled "Own It."

Earlier this year Stormzy headlined Glastonbury, becoming the first black British male artist to do so. More recently he made headlines when he criticised British politician Jacob Rees-Mogg, calling the Conservative an "actual piece of shit" for insensitive comments he made about victims of the Grenfell disaster.
