Flying Lotus and Denzel Curry share “Black Balloons Reprise” video
FlyLo’s new album Flamagra is out now.
Flying Lotus' sixth album Flamagra, released this year, captures the insular, psychedelic vibes of 2010's Cosmogramma while retaining the collaborative spirit from projects like Until The Quiet Comes and You're Dead!. Flamagra sports guests like David Lynch, Toro Y Moi, Tierra Whack, and Denzel Curry — on Tuesday, Flying Lotus shared the video for "Black Balloons Reprise," his track with the Miami rapper. The black-and-white visuals are directed by Jack Begert, and feature a lot of billowing smoke, ominous imagery, and yes, black balloons. The video concludes with a brief and sweet tribute from Flying Lotus to his late friend, Mac Miller. Watch the "Black Balloons" video above and listen to Flamagra below.
